Deposits & Payment Policies

*A Deposit of 1/3 of the total hunt value is due by March 31st. The second 1/3 deposit of the total hunt value is due by June 30th, with the remainder due 1 month prior to your arrival date.

*Deposits may be refunded if you cancel more than 90 days prior to your hunt and if a replacement hunter is found to fill your hunt spot. No refunds of deposits for cancellations received less than 90 days prior to the hunt. More hunters can be added at a later date.

*Deposits will not be carried over to the next year.

*If fewer hunters arrive, the remainder of the deposit will not be applied as payment toward your final bill.

*South Dakota State Sales Tax (5%) will be added to the total bill. Prices do not include Guide/Staff gratuities, which are optional.

*A credit card transaction fee of 4% will be added to any credit card purchases/payments.
